Led by Mr. Ngo Chi Cuong, a member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the delegation included Mr. Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Lam Minh Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Triet, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; as well as members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of provincial departments and branches.

In the presence of the profound spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the provincial delegation conveyed boundless gratitude and deep reverence, commemorating his immense contributions to the struggle for national liberation and unity, the construction of a peaceful, independent, and unified Vietnam.

Following the visit to Uncle Ho's Shrine, the delegation proceeded to lay wreaths, light incense, and pay tribute to the heroes and martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery.
